The Young Women’s Trust is a charity for women tackling issues such as being trapped in poverty and gender inequality. I was a founder member of the phone-coaching team set up to support young women aged 16-30 around work and building their confidence and belief in taking steps forward in their lives.
Abianda is a social enterprise which provides a front-line service to support and advocate for young women aged 11 – 24 years affected by gangs, to access safety and rebuild their lives. I provided clinical supervision sessions for staff around their own well-being as well as how best to navigate the wider communities, services and systems which can disadvantage young women.
Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance is a charity set up by young people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is user led. For the past 10 years I have supported its members in achieving their vision about grass roots empowerment and a belief in potential and possibilities where the clear message is ‘we know best about ourselves’.
Regents High is an inclusive inner London secondary school. Going back to my own my grass roots and providing focused coaching sessions with young people.
